At Soccer Emporium, our products are manufactured on demand. This means we do not keep items in stock, and each product is custom-made for you after your purchase is confirmed.
1. Production Process
Once your order is completed in our store, we immediately forward the request to the factory to begin production.
⏳ Production time: approximately 15 days.
2. Shipping to Our Logistics Center
After production is complete, the product is shipped to our logistics center in Washington, USA.
🚚 Estimated transit time to our facility: 5 to 8 days.
3. Preparation and Shipping to the Customer
When the item arrives at our logistics center, our team carefully inspects, separates, and packages your product before sending it to the shipping address provided.
4. Important Notice
As we are a newly launched store, our logistics process may take a little longer at the moment. We are working hard to optimize our operations and reduce delivery times, ensuring you have the best possible experience.

If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:
- You can return backdrops within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- You are not responsible for return shipping fees.
- A $7 processing fee will be deducted from the order
- Products must be in new and unused condition.
- Products with a customized logo cannot be returned.
You will receive a full refund for the product, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
